i actually don't have any complaints about my mac. my laptop is very lightweight and i don't think it has ever overheated. in fact my 12in powerbook is a lot cooler than my 12in ibook. i keep it running 24/7 and it never crashes. but i don't do much with it really except store media on it and surf the net. my husband on the otherhand is a graphic designer and is a heavy user. i have never heard him complain about macs. i think it is all about what we get use to using. i use to have a chip on my shoulder about macs, but not anymore. what's the point? when people are good and ready they will make their own way over to the light.

How can you not run .wmv files on your Mac? I run them on mine (both G5 and Intel-based) just fine.
