A surgeon? Or just a doctor?

If you're aim is to be a surgeon, well sure, being hit over and over and over on your wrist *could* hurt your ability to move your hand well. It could also have no effect if you're well protected (invest in wrist guards!). I wouldn't say it's going to affect your dexterity, but there's always a possibility of being injured.
