Default Haka at the WKC
Hi Folks! I was just watching some clips of the new All Blacks haka, and some of the older clips with the NZ Maori and the Tongans. I heard that the NZ Tall Blacks also do the haka. Wondering if anyone knows if any kendo team from NZ would consider it for competitions or have done it for competitions?

Ah, a man of caliber, taste and sophistication! However, as glorious as the haka can be, I'd suspect the team doing such in the context of kendo would be escorted from the venue.

That being said, I'll bet we could get KML doing it for the cost of a few pints.

Muahahaha...If I was a moari or a new Zealander...it'll be allowable...

Malaysian have a tradition like that too...it involves us vutting open a durian in front of our enemies and then consuming the fruit before unleashing chemical death in the form of a burp into our opponent's mengane in taiatari....

A rotting corpse?

I've heard stories how they smell nausiating, which makes me really ronder why anyone would want to eat one?
I read that orangutans like 'em though.

The word on durian is:

Smells like Hell. Tastes like Heaven.

The flesh is a custardy texture...taste is very rich and sweet...and the aroma is unique and strong...hard to describe...you must try.

************************************************** **

the HAKA.

Isn't a haka the upper 2 thirds of a hakama ? With one of these you're sure not to trip on it during uchikomi...

We seem to have problems. Allow me paint a very simple picture.
-Alex, the moderator, is from NZ.
-Ahmed asks what the haka and the NZ Tall blacks(something quite well known about NZ, however there is nothing wrong with not knowing) are.
-As a JOKE I ask Alex, the moderator from NZ, to ban you for not knowing.

Let's put the situation in perspective; Alex asks who Bruce Springstein is. So I say 'Ahmed ban him!'. Wouldn't it be silly to ban Alex over something like that?

Now don't we feel a little stupid for over-reacting?

Smells like a really stinky fart, but tastes like a sweet oniony custard with an almost creme brulee consistency. If you chill it enough, it's almost like ice cream. Mmm... durian...

Ahmed, Google is your friend:

Tall Blacks - nearly 3 million pages.

Haka - over 3 million pages.

Always try and find your own route rather than getting someone else to show you the way.

Viking, after writing my short defensive post, I allmost thought that your post might have been sarcastic.

Problem is, "Alex, ban him", without any smiley or maybe any other words besides that, makes it hard to tell that its a joke. I thought you thought I was making a racial slur, or somthing.......

That didn't sound much like an apology, but I'll forgive you anyway.

Gee, I wonder how the world dealt with humor before the smiley?
