Hello, before i begin this there is one thing i want to make clear. The hiten mitsurugi style depicted in the Rurouni Kenshin anime is fake i know this. now that thats outta the way i have a question. According to the creater of said anime the character Kenshin was based off of KawaKami Gensan, though again i know that kawakami didn't use the miturugi thing a majig, does anyone have any information upon the man himself? you may have gotten a bad translation on his name. it is Kawakami Gensai. He became a Hitokiri at a very young age and he used a swordsmanship style where he was very low to the ground. and he was betrayed and exectued in the fourth year of meiji
