Default 20Q ruined my day!
I saw that little gizmo 20Q in a shop the other day whilst christmas shopping and thought "Why not? It's only a tenner." So I bought it. The first item it guessed was my wallhanger sword (it called it a katana - highly specific considering how random the questions appeared to be). So I thought I'd answer the questions by describing my wife to see what the answer was. It's last question (i.e. it's guess) was "Is it a soulmate? Accurate again! So I thought I'd answer the questions by describing my self...

It's guess was...

..."Is it a ninja?".

F**king thing's in the bin now.

Anyone else suffered at the hands of this thing?

p.s. cheers to those guys who gave me positive rep points recently (I haven't checked my user cp in a while).

My sister has one of those. Every now and then I'll think of something random and see if it can guess it right. Either I don't know how to use it right, or I must be thinking of some pretty random things, because I win about 9 times out of ten.

What really suprised me is the 20Q's ability to accurately guess vulgar terms.

If you look at it that way, I guess I did suffer at the hands of that blasted thing, considering how my mom was reading off the questions. I never expected it guess! It's not my fault!!!

I've used those things, but I've never gotten screwed over by it. Then again, I only thought of comic books and beer when I did it, so not much to get screwed over with.

Should'nt you be flattered that it thought you were a ninja, since Ninjas are like the ultimate creatures, capable of superhuman like powers?

I guess that depends on wether the people who make this gizmo use the term "ninja" to describe a sad, fantasist loser or a highly skilled merchant of death.
