By the looks of it this vid was made using MUGEN. YouTube MUGEN and you can find some dedicated people who mash together Samurai Shodown/Street Fighter/King of Fighters and others into one giant game! Also Godzilla smashing through the first level of Super Mario Bros aint bad either. lol

MUGEN is actually pretty fun, but I have had too many problems with it in the past.

That video is too sick. Seriously, that a realy well put together fight scene. Nice find.
