Humor: How about going back to watch Roswell? Just go back and actually go watch it happen... Finally get to see that damn weather balloon... Or maybe go back to watch Hitler at the Beer hall. It would be interesting to watch - The books talk about what a great Orator he was but to be able to see it in all its blood chilling reality... Oh yeah and I'd want Popcorn for that too.. |

Thinking about places i wish i could have been or things i wish i could have seen from "pop" culture i'm thinking.....
Maybe Wrestlemania (i think 6) the one where Hulkster and The Ultimate Warrior go at it... crackin. I really wish I could have seen the late great Bill Hicks perform... Maybe I could be one of the hecklers at his Chicago gig. Maybe go see Stevie Ray at Montreaux (both times ).. i have the DVD but what the hey! Jimi at Woodstock.... maybe.. or maybe an old school Donnington my mum never let me go to when i were a lad. When the METAL reigned supreme and was not bastardised by a bunch of pubeless swines. I'd quite fancy gettin half naked covered in wode with my brothers in arms at Stirling Bridge too. |

I'd love to be there on the day that the Nazis surrendered to Allied forces. Just to feel what it was like to hear the whole world let out one, big sigh of relief.
In more modern days I'd love to see Star Wars, The Godfather and Apocalypse Now and Alien on opening their opening night. One thing I'd love to see during my lifetime however is seeing Rage Against The Machine live in concert. They're probably my favorite band and I've never (and will never) see them live. |

It's not really an event but it would have been nice to see the great library in Alexandria before it was torched. Watching it getting torched would me too much for me, it's really tragic when people start burning books, usually a bad sign of things to come.
A more recent event would be Woodstock; three days of peace, love and mud. Apparently there was some music involved as well. |
