I have decided to pack up my pens & airbrush and become a Vigilante.

a) A costume
b) A cool name
c) business plan
d) An equipment list

...any other stuff you can think of.
Hmm.. Well vigilantes usually still do their job and lead crazy double lives.

A) I'll leave Shred Lord and Obukan to argue over that but i think some kind of eye mask so no-one recognises you would help

B) Something short-ish sometimes ending in "man"

C) have an alter ego that robs banks

D) You need a ride and somewhere to hide it

You also need something like glasses, so you can take them off and NO-ONE WILL EVER RECOGNISE YOU!!

have a list of other vigilantes so you can have some kind of team.

that's all i can think of right now

Guys and gurls,

After watching 'Batman Begins' yet again and Sean Bean in 'Outlaw', I have decided to pack up my pens & airbrush and become a Vigilante.

However, I don't have the first idea on how to go about doing this. Anyone got any ideas? So far, it seems that I need:

a) A costume
b) A cool name
c) business plan
d) An equipment list

...any other stuff you can think of.
Cheers...
a) Something black with a big cloak that makes a "cracking" noise (think of those Chinese/Japanese films where the ninja types jump down from 10 storey buildings) as you swoop down to right wrongs, beat up/chop into dog meat the bad guys. And don't forget the mask - black, of course, but edged with gold to show that you are, after all, a good guy. Not sure how you are going to hide all that under your everyday clothes or even find an unvandalised phone box to change in but that just details! And you'll need arm guards to act as shields and kevlar armour underneath the black robes to stop bullets.
b) The Black Tsunami. Unstoppable! Sweeps away all bad guy in its path.
c) Rob the bad guys of all their ill-gotten gains. After all, they are not going to need their money again, except maybe as a part payment for a burial plot.
d) Shinken/Katana (you can always ask Sharp Phil for his Practical katana but you might want something a bit better), with matching wakizashi. The long sword to be scabbarded on the back for ease of movement so maybe a straight ninja type sword instead but you may be best to stick to what you are used to. And don't forget the shuriken. Perhaps a couple of bandoliers worth might be sufficient for a busy night in Wolverhampton. And maybe a tanto or two for backup.

Other stuff. Lots of safe houses where you can hole up/store additional supplies/additional costumes.

And a very understanding wife! "Honest dear, I'm just going to another fancy dress party. Oh these, just props to add to the realism. They are not real swords".

Oh, and if you can shout something like "flame on!" or something equally memorable I believe that helps, as does actually bursting into flames and flying up into the air. But maybe you could practise that first before actually trying it out on the bad guys!

Who is that on the left? Reminds me of someone but can't quite put my finger on who (says innocently).

There is no music in the world that is gay enough to go with that picture... if there would be, the universe would collapse in itself.

Want a music theme, here is one:
(Scott's aka), (Scott's aka) ,
Does whatever a (fill the blank) can
Spins a (fill the blank), any size,
Catches (fill the blank) just like (fill the blank)
Look Out!
Here comes the (Scott's aka) .

Is he strong?
Listen bud,
He's got radioactive (fill the blank).
Can he swing from a (fill the blank)
Take a look overhead
Hey, there
There goes the (Scott's aka) .

In the chill of night
At the scene of a crime
Like a streak of light
He arrives just in time.

(Scott's aka), (Scott's aka)
Friendly neighborhood (Scott's aka)
Wealth and fame
He's ingnored
Action is his reward.

To him, life is a (fill the blank)
Whenever there's a (fill the blank)
You'll find the (fill the blank).

Can't wait to see the creative minds of KW get on this one

Something by the Village People would certainly be appropriate.
