Yes, i already have that manual, but dont explain how tie the leather Tsuba Dome

You need to drill a hole through your tsuba. Orient the tsuba so that the hole lines up with the tsuru (string). The leather tsuba-dome goes on with the leather strings towards the tsuba. Thread them through the hole and tie them around the tsuru.
