I liked the Karate and Kendo portions. I wasn't impressed with the Aikido guy simply because he seemed a little too eager to rubbish other arts in Turkey as being taught without Michi and not having Japanese teachers.

The other day I watched one about someone called eiga. captain of the japan team couple of years back.
