Default ....so I ate mashed potato with chopsticks...
Just came back from a short, whistle-stop, tour of Western Japan and I thought I'd share my snaps with you lovely people.

Very "omoshirokatta" !!

To anyone who has reached dire straits and is thinking about pimping themselves on the mean streets of San Fransisco, I would most definitely recommend a trip to Japan... I lost count of the amount of times I stuck some random thing in my mouth only to force a smile and say "Oishii"

I went to Fukuoka, Okayama, Kyoto, Nagoya and finally Osaka (for KIX departure). Absolutely no budo done but plenty of eating and drinking, which was nice.

Hope you like some of my piccies, feel free to leave comment.

Yeah, i might stick a few up. I didn't realise how many i had taken. I was told to take heaps and went a little crazy!

The sweat, damn straight.... it's got the appropriate density you know. I took that for folks in my class as the sweat has come up in discussion before. Interesting beverage

Wow, nice pictures, well done. Was this a student trip or just pleasure?

And you look quite normal for a man from Aberdeen too, hardly any mutations at all

I'm a frikkin Sasquatch! hehe.

I was there for a recon trip, to say hello to the folks i'll be working with next year at Okayama uni, although the group of teacher + students I am seen with is in Nagoya. Mostly sight seeing... lets call it "networking"

Twas ace.

1stdan, just come man... providing you don't wear a family tree T-shirt you'll be ok!

Quite nice, JoDuncan-san!

I would have entitled it "Fu Dogs and Pagodas: An Epicurean Expedition to Japan"

That is... until I saw the commode...
