... FWIW the music is from an old Russian movie about fencing. It is quite funny as the movie is a comedy and the part that gets repeated is "whack, whack, whack, who's next ,who's next , who's next"

It seem the heading is Zoki and Bada and something about rule world. I think something is lost in the translation though.
