Campaign "A new server for KW!" - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

We all suffered the recent problems with the Cylon, I mean Celeron, running this forum... so I think it is about time we all do something about that.

We can:

1) Suscribe
2) Donate a couple of dollars

I know that a suscription is not for everyone, but two or three dollars aren't that hard on anyone's pocket, and can make a difference. There are more than 1.700 ACTIVE members (I don't know the criteria to be considered active, but it is safe to assume that they lurk around from time to time), and the money will make a decent entry- or mid-level server possible. Or it can be used for more bandwith. Or both, if people feel generous...

So, put the Donate! button, I'll hit it (and suscribe as soon as possible).

I would like to hear (read...) your opinion about this.

The server has already been replaced, that's why it was down for so long.

I was thinking more of a corporate-level server, with certain amount of fail-redundancy. But if the present server is deemed adequate, the money collected can be used for bandwith, or colocation, or anything to help keep KW online.
