Default E-Budo.com
Hey all, been a long time. I've got a question about E-Budo.com that I was hoping some of the people here might be able to answer. I recently realized that I really wanted to get back into martial arts. (Mind you, I never intended to get out of them in the first place, it just sort of happened.) I went to E-Budo in the hopes that the people there could help me find a legitimate Karate dojo. However, once I finished the registration and activation process, it told me that I had been placed in the moderation queue awaiting approval. It's been over an hour and a half, and I apparently still haven't been "approved" to view the forum. I'm really starting to get impatient. Does anyone know how long this process usually takes?

This must be a relatively new rule, but I haven't gone to the forum in years actually. But, based on past experience with being submitted to the approval process, it could take a few hours or maybe a day or two before the final approval comes in. I'd hold on a little while longer, but anything after that may warrant contacting the board moderators in case your name happened to slip through the cracks.

Good grief, none of these places are being run professionally. If they've elected to manually moderate, give it a day or two to give the guys a chance to do their administration.

It was about a year ago. I didn't know that he was in Iraq...

Yeah, he was there for quite a while as a contractor. While he was gone, any maintenance stuff took a long long time.
