These guys are based here in Melbourne, but their Kusakura prices seem a little on the expensive side. Dunno if that's normal for that brand.

Tansmas is pretty expensive, plus I'm not sure what model they are selling - KuSakura has quite a few. I like their top-end JOA model which has an extensive sizing chart - I'm hard to fit having monkey arms and wanting a slim fit. I can get what I want from the Kodokan shop for around 30,000 yen plus shipping. Tansmas is selling a "double layer" one for $AUS400, whatever model that is. I used to be able to get JOA through Koei for about 22,000.

Tozando used to carry it for 27000 yen at least until last year. Not sure if the link works anymore.

Obulco was kind enough to direct me towards Budo Export. They have been great to deal with, even though the website's in French (an English one is in the works). They do fine with English by email, and what's more their KuSakura stuff is on sale. Just added this note in case anyone else is googling for KuSakura, because suppliers are hard to find.
