Funniest thing is... aside from all the random bystanders, this is not much different than a lot of American ninja movies circa late 1980's and early to mid 1990's...

Pretty bitchin butterfly twist at 2:19 too.

Assuming this is in the USA, just being in public is enough, those old KKK no mask laws are still on the books.
