MOSCOW Anze Kopitar Jersey , March 10 (Xinhua) -- One of the suspects charged with involving in the killing of Russian opposition politician Boris Nemtsov appealed on Tuesday against the arrest order concerning his alleged role in the murder.


"We have challenged the arrest of my client," the lawyer of Ramzat Bakhayev was quoted as saying by the TASS news agency.


Anna Fadeyeva, press secretary of the Basmanny District Court in Moscow, confirmed that the appeal has been received.


"In the appeal, the lawyer asks to cancel the arrest of Bakhayev and release him," she said, adding that the other four suspects in the case had not issued any similar appeals.


Altogether seven suspects have been detained till now, as Russian security authorities confirmed Monday that they had detained another two suspects after Moscow's Basmanny District Court ruled Sunday to formally arrest Zaur Dadayev and four other suspects involved in the death of the former Russian deputy prime minister.


Russian law enforcement agencies said Dadayev has admitted his involvement in the murder Drew Doughty Jersey , while noting that the preliminary conclusion can only be extra certain when the weapon is found.


Meanwhile, the possibility of foreign forces' involvement is also under investigation, as foreign contacts of the suspects in the case have been found.


Nemtsov, an outspoken critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin, was shot dead at about midnight on Feb. 27 near the Kremlin at the heart of Moscow when he was taking a stroll with Anna Duritskaya, a Ukrainian model.


Putin vowed earlier to do everything to bring to justice those responsible for the assault.
