While I applaud the martial arts training I have to say....fitness training is imperative....seven aspects of fitness, all of which must be worked on to maintain or else you will suffer at some stage....endurance, strength, power, agility, balance, flexibility and coordination.

Also...ALWAYS maintain core strength and flexibility as a priority. Your core of centre of mass MUST have integrity.

Karate does all that, when it is taught properly. I must just be getting old. Last week I broke a finger. This week I popped a tendon.
Monday night, for example, was entirely on core strength. It was all exercises.
On Wednesday night I was not even stressing the arm. I had just put my arm around someone to send him to the ground in a throw that we borrowed from Judo and the bloody tendon went pop before I had used any strength.
A huge purple bruise has taken over the top half of my right arm. Looks impressive.
I have had to conscript young Wolfgang to be my manservant to assist with all the tasks that cannot be performed with one arm.
Little does young Wolfgang know that once he has been instructed in the secret men's business of lawn mowing that his fate is sealed.
Back to the topic of this thread (Jane's excellent speech) I have placed a link to that episode of The Voice on the NSM forum. I expect this thread to receive some American visitors.

True. Jane also made it clear that the responsibility for our women comes from the men. Women by nature follow the lead of men. It is up to the men to show our good White women that the so called "evil racist men" will treat them by far, better than any metrosexual or non-white man can.

When the stereotypes are broken by men who treat their women with the highest of standards we will make some serious inroads. If those single WN men are out there playing the field like all the other tossers out there we will never get ahead of the game.

This is where we draw the line. Respecting the beauty and sanctity of our women. As clearly defined in Christian wedding vows, it is for the men to love, honour and cherish White women.

We must lead by example here and in every moment of our lives.

Oh boy what a can of worms that would be. Children always end up surprising the parents no matter what you do with them. I know of only a few children who ended up sticking to what their parents taught them. Wolf Rudiger Hess and Gurdaun Himmler. They are both very old now and have never wavered from what they were taught as children.

I was taught by my parents that only Communism and Capitalism were suitable political views (how I came about, I have no idea, given one is a Commie and the other is/was a Capitalist).

It is true, women dont know what they want - really deep down they search for someone like them, who they respect and can lead and defend their family.

There have some interesting psychological experiments done lately that suggest this is indeed the case.
The study suggests that if in a relationship the male becomes subservient and passive that the female will subconsiousely despise him and search for another mate, one that can control her - indeed this makes sense when you consider natures laws.
