ya i like raja and i think he could be an outstanding 6th man in phoenix and possibly make a run at 6th man of the year.

That's a decent acquisition. 12.3 ppg 3.2 rpg .45 fg%
Phoenix has money to spend this year, with the damn salary cap, not very many teams can go player shopping.
Good for Phoenix and Bell though I'm sure he will acquire a role there and fit in nicely.

The points and the field goal percentage is not why Phoenix signed him. Bell is one of the best perimeter defenders in the NBA, which was one of the obvious weaknesses of the Suns this past season.
