I haven't watched the Amol Palekar original. So i cant comment if its a scene by scene remake or improvised one. Since Thillumullu itself was a remake, what's the big deal in SS attending the audio launch/muhurat of the new one? He has already done that with Billa na?

If KB can improvise on the original, why can't Badri do the same? Who knows? 30 years from now, This new THillumullu can be an adaiyalam of TF and may feature among Mirchi Siva's top 3 films.
