Sneak peek into probable story for Bala's next

Bala known for his hard hitting raw movies that brings out the viewpoint of the "neglected" is all set to scale a new high with his next venture starring Visha and Arya. Film is planned to be set in a poultry farm amidst the scary jungles of sathyamangalam with a never heard before storyline. The narration highlights the unhygenic poultry, a badly maintained one and the torture that chickens undergo in last days of their lives, taking cue from Darles chickens stories. Enters the hero, ex-conman of famous smuggler Veerappan. After Veerappan's assasination by govt, our hero, who grew in Veerappan's shelter all his life is orphaned. A extraordinarily strong yet silent man, moves in search of food and gets the love and affection of Poultry owners' daughter. He later befriends a happy-go lucky chicken distributor, whose only aim in life seems to be transporting his chicken to chennai one day. the narration gradually increases the tempo on the atrocities and tortures of Poultry owner on chickens. Expect a lot of throat slitting scenes, ofcourse, involving chickens. Hero develops a sympathy for these chickens and becomes a vegetarian. Rest of story is about how hero tries to save the chickens from this extreme exploitation and a shocking climax where hero is forced by villains to eat biryani made by killing his pet chicken.

SUch a intricate story on lives of a domestic animal is never seen before in world cinema right from Tarantino to Kurosawa. This story has raised lot of expectations amongst tamil film circles and they feel this is their answer to world movies including Hollywood. Music to this movie is by Yuvan Shankar Raja. When queried on why multiple academy award winner Rahman was not prefferd, Bala says "Rahman's music wont suit my movies". its well known that Rahman prefers Mutton biryani and since this movie is about chicken biryani, Yuvan would rather be a better choice. Rest of the Naan Kadavul crew are set to take their positions in this "yet to be named" film. Go Bala go, fingers crossed for this epic movie which would restructure the landscape of tamil and world cinema
