Saar, It was neither a Super Hit or a flop. No distributers tasted loss out of it. We can safely call it a hit (to an extent).
What Feddy bro try to say here is, we as fans don't consider that crap as an Ajith movie at all. Appuram, ennatha overrated, underrated-nu rate pannittu...

Over-rated in General or by critics.

I guess Paruthiveeran was praised sky-high by many critic pandits. If u feel that paruthiveeran doesnt deserve that much praising then u can say Paruthiveeran is over-rated

I have seen many critice praised KK by GM to sky-high, but I feel KK doesnt deserve it and so I said KK is Over-rated

overrated movies in HUB :

1. pattiyal - scene to scene copy of bangkok dangerous, i never understood why our HUB pundits praise it so much
2. pudhupettai - nothing jaw dropping but still considered a classic by some
3. pithamagan - ahhh, cant stand this movie
4. raam - pure crap from my fav director
5. anbe sivam - i felt characterisations of madhavan, naseer in this movie was too naive to make it a classic...and msg too was brought out in a unconvincing manner

under rated by HUB:
1. all maniratnam movies
2. most shankar movies esp kadhalan - jail torture scenes wud have made someone like bala proud....mudhalvan was 'the screenplay of last decade'......
3. vettaiyadu vilayadu - i still dont get whats wrong in the movie.....enakku padippu arivu konjam kammio??? am i missing something? one of most subtle kamal performances
4. Varalaaru - one of the most entertaining movies.......if surya or vikram had acted in this movie, it wud have got a altogether response in hub...
5. alli arjuna - best script of saran till date

its one of my most fav movies....never got tired of watching this movie.

the only movie from ameer which i loved. hAbba. Not alone then. For some reason I liked Surya's unfussiness contrasted with Nanda's over-exertion. The best scenes, IMO, were the ones between Nanda's dad and Surya.
