Linguswamy. It stars Vikram, Trisha Krishnan and Prakash Raj in critical roles. The film may also be named in Telugu. The film's rating and soundtrack is likely to be constructed by Harris Jayaraj with words by famous poet, Vairamuthu. Cinematography for the film is managed by R.D. Rajasekhar while editing has been managed with A. Sreekar Prasad. The film has been considered about living in the underworld. Shooting for the movie started on the 24th of April, 2006 at different places in India. The movie was planned for a Pongal/Sankranthi 2007 discharge, however it has been forced back once again to Might 11, 2007. This is actually the next time Vikram has been combined opposite Trisha.
