I've read a little about Buddhism and it interests me. I would like to get involved however all the information overwhelms me. I was wondering if you have anything that could help me without it being one massive chunk of facts and information and things I should do.
Thanks in advance |

Hello Bluebuttercup
Be welcome to BWB! Here we have some reliable resources at Buddhism for Beginners Forum. On the Four Noble Truths by Tamara Engle and What-is-Buddhism can be good articles to get started. |

Hi bluebuttercup, welcome to BWB.
I suggest that first you read 'What is Buddhism," and click on the MP3 at the top of the page to listen as well. http://www.dhammasukha.org/Study/Tal...T-MAR03-TS.htm After that you might like to browse the Buddhist Studies section at the Buddhanet site which you can look at in small sections. http://www.buddhanet.net/e-learning/index.htm (as well as looking at The Four Noble truths link suggested by Esho) with kind wishes Aloka |
