We have a Buddha Altar in our house, in the main room in back, which is on top of a low cabinet and I use it as a throne of sorts... sit in front of it and meditate, sing, play the guitar and pray before it, with Buddha sculpture.
I must be nuts to most, but I give that place honor and arrangement, not to get what I want, but deal with what I've been given, or am giving, or taking away ((deep sigh)) I just sit with my body and let all my active thoughts go, into Buddha's space, place, here, there and everywhere. Om |

Praise Buddha!
Oh, I keep a star carved out of wood right at the Buddha statue's feet, and I keep my mechanical pocket watch on top of the star when not in my pocket. I've got lyrics from my newest song in back with Buddha too... lemme go get them. First I'll bow and sit for awhile, be a few minutes then I'll work on the song here... |

I'm trembling right now, time to go sit with Buddha, and breathe easier, give away all stress by breathing out, now. May all rediscover the place of peace and stillness. May you and yours be well always. Abu |
