Default A state of flux.
It is impossible to envisage a perpetual state of flux, yet infinity intuitively suggests this rather than extinction.
How does one engage the finite directives of most religions with the potententially continuous meanderings possibly inherent within infinity.

The Buddha taught there is a still point in the flux; and this still point (Nirvana) is the most satisfying experience; if our mind can garner a pure taste of it

The Buddha also taught if our mind can experience flux intimately, our mind will become disenchanted with the flux and prefer the peacefulness of the still point

Kind regards
