Default Meditation DVDs
Since I am a beginner and need help with the techniques of meditation and am drawn mainly to Tibetan Buddhism for the moment, I have ordered some DVDs.

The first one has come and is called 'Natural Meditation' by Lama Surya Das. He is an American Lama and this DVD says it will take me through some main and basic practices of meditation, chanting and breathing exercises.

Has anyone got this DVD and is anyone familiar with this Lama's work?
