Other Travelers, Throughout yoga, how do you conquer my sadness? That's the question. The long version- I've been meditating every day going back 3 months, utilizing the chant om mani padme hum to promote further empathy and focus your brain. Throughout some periods, I get swept up in the notion of dissolution, damage, and I start to cry. The mantra is continued by me, but my brain remains To create faces of people I know, and people I don't, and on the very fact of I get nearly "stuck" their death, and my very own. I am aware this exercise is concentrated on the facts of truth, and death holds true for several people. If this really is only a common period in the growth of and so i wonder this exercise, and may their fundamentally be considered a greater knowledge or at the very least an amount of approval? Thanks.
