HI,

I was looking to open a store in MegaCentro, does anyone know how much rent would be for an average size space? DO you think a clothing store would be a good idea there? I'm open to new ideas and suggestions. Thanks!

What kind of clothes?? There is good competition in Megacentro alone, not to mention all the importadoras that are sprayed all over the Zona Oriental. But if you bring the latest Daddy Yankee style fashion you will always have at least lurkers in your store.
