I want to be Team leader of my department in next two years becasue at present i am fresher in my company but in next 2 year want to be team leader and after that want to earn good credit by doing my work very sincerely in the company becasue from this only I shall make my good identity in the company.

We do actually have a 5 year plan, but it started at the start of 2008 so now its a 4.5 year plan ...

- Be living in a small castle on a large block of land somewhere with broadband (I just like castles, and keep drooling over a large house with a tower with turrets down the road from me). I will settle for broadband coming to me instead of having to move to somewhere with broadband, and I will also settle for being rich enough to pay $3000 a month for wireless broadband in the absense of terrestrial, although I'd prefer it if Telstra reduced their pricing a little.
- Be able to send Child #1 to some posh private school or military boot camp, depending on what she's like as a tween
- Have the IPs paid off, maybe two or three more as well, nothing special
- Modest income from my own website, maybe $10-15k a year
- Have our main project finished, up, largely running itself, and being infamous on the internet, with 5,000-10,000 subscribers.

All perfectly achievable within 5 years.
