Default Let's Go Racin Boys
Noon central time on Fox.

I said I wasn't betting with the boys this year but I changed my mind. Dumped Jr. and I'm betting on Tony Stewart against Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon.
Adds a little extra spice to watching the race.

I'd be ok with that.

I'd be ok with him winning the championship.

Even I'll tune in for a 100 laps or so.

He should have won a few years ago...both actually. I'd just like to see the old man win at Daytona before he's done.

I'm not the biggest race fan, although I was a longtime Dale Earnhardt Sr. fan, yet I always try to watch the Daytona 500, and some of the other big races.

That was kind of a cool crash, although I haven't seen what started it yet.

I took my usual in race nap and wake up to a red flag for track repair.

Yeah . . . what the hell? A hole in the racetrack?

Well, yeah. The winter driving is murder on roads. All that saltwater in the air. Cold, warm, expansion, contraction, cars going over it.

Least Daytona gets theirs repaired in an orderly fashion & not let them grow to the size that would swallow up a Yugo.

Or at the very least bust a half shaft on the right front end.

That was a phenomenal run by Little E on that restart.

He went from 10th to 2nd in two laps. One more lap, and I think he would've won it.

I wish they would have shown that again. I didn't even see where he came from.

One of the last manuevers he made to get to second, he was in the middle with really no room, but somehow squeezed through when he had no business making that move.

With the way he came screaming through the middle, I didn't think McMurray was going to hold him off. I agree - another lap and he would have had it.

About 1:14 in, he makes that pass I was talking about.

He already had gone from 10th place to about 4th at that point, but he easily could've wrecked 5 cars with that last move.
