Default The car list
I made a list of all the cars I've owned over my many years of driving. Add your own list. I've noticed that I've mostly owned Japanese 4-cylinders. Mostly, because they're cheap and reliable. Some turned out to be pretty fun, too.

1991 Toyota Tercel (base model--no options, not even a trunk release or stereo)
1984 Suzuki SJ410 (basically, a Samurai before they imported them to US)
1986 Suzuki Forsa
1984 Mazda 626
1980 Volvo DL (my only European car in the bunch)
1984 Nissan 300ZX Turbo
1984 Toyota Camry
1990 Ford Probe LX V6
1996 Ford Probe GT
1987 Subaru GL 4WD
1987 Honda Accord LX-i
1986 Nissan 300ZX
1990 Ford Taurus wagon
1986 Nissan Maxima SE
2002 Kia Optima
1991 Nissan Pathfinder
1990 Ford Bronco
1989 Honda Prelude Si

The best value would have to be the '84 Suzuki 4x4. I only paid $250 for that one back in '92. It needed a couple of minor parts and was rusted to hell, but it lasted 2 years and was alotta fun. The fastest cars were the '96 Probe GT and the '84 300ZX turbo. I've taken both over 120 mph on the highway and their 0 - 60 times were about the same--mid 7's.

1992 Chevy Beretta
1997 Toyota Corolla DX
2005 Ford Explorer XLT
2010 Ford Fusion SEL

My favorite is my current. It's got the premium sound system and SYNC which is very nifty. I do miss my SUV, but gas prices were getting ridiculous. I pay less than half than what I did before.

Don't feel too bad about getting rid of the Explorer. They're nicknamed Ford Exploders because their engines, transmissions, and tires were known to do just that. You probably got rid of it just in time!

I've never heard that. But I am happy... especially since this was my first brand new car.

1989 Mercury Sable Wagon
1992 Ford Probe SE
2002 Mazda Tribute

The Probe used to by my dream car but the one I had was ugly (white) and not a GT so I was not fulfilled. My current vehicle is awesome. I love having an SUV in spite of gas prices.

The 2nd generation Probes ('93 - '97) were great cars. The GT had excellent front seats, handling, and a sportier body. I've heard the V6 was more reliable than the 4-banger they put into the base and SE model. It was no muscle car, but it had plenty of oomph and the gearing was meant for high-revving. It was a great car. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford the payments anymore and I let the repo man take it away.

My favorite was the Polo, VW cars just go on forever. The Ford Escort was the best deal, I swapped it for a CD!
