Interesting points there cause earlier in the season it was the other way around with RBR being able to keep the tires alive longer.
I seem to remember the opposite like in China where the Red Bull's tyres lasted 2 laps shorter than the McLaren's. The quote made famous by Red Bull was "falling off the cliff" and Red Bull often pitted first with teams watching with interest. Of course this pitting first meant teams had to react and Red Bull had the upper hand.
