Default What job should a test driver do for the team this year
http://www.iht.com/articles/reuters/...-SIMULATOR.php

With actual testing banned from next week until the end of December as part of cost-cutting measures agreed by all teams BMW-Sauber's Austrian reserve Christian Klien, a former racer with Jaguar and Red Bull, winced when asked what exactly he did as a test driver now that in-season testing was banned.
"I think it's getting paid and having holidays," he said. "This year I am in the kitchen and preparing the food for these two drivers," he joked, gesturing at team mates Nick Heidfeld and Robert Kubica

Good opportunity here. Just use more of that Laxettes sauce, and he'd get a drive.

Today's Lesson:

If Robert Doornbos invites you round to dinner, say NO!. Just look what he did to Mark Webber in Japan in 2007.

This is simply one side effect of the testing ban...opportunities for drivers to make the step up to F1 have become even more limited than they were

According to Estonian journalism Marko Asmer has signed a new contract with BMW-Sauber for 2009 too, but - like Klien - it's quite a guess, what is he going to do in the team.
