Default Just a thought on Budget Cap
I was thinking about the new 30m optional budget cap there is, and I thought to myself that this may be good in the future. Say in 7-10 years when the car companies have recovered from the economkc crisis, they may see an oppurtunity. an oppurtunity to show off their car making and technological skills by entering F1, and what they would consider as alright pricing at £30m per season. so we could actually see F1 flooded with car makers showing off their technologies and we could even have up to 18 teams competing. whats more, some are bound to be less succesful than others, so they could sell their F1 entry to a 'normal' non manurfacturer team. so a £30m budget cap could lead to entry lists the size of what they were in the 80s, and maybe F1 could become more of what it used to be, when a team can enter on a small budget and just have a go. I think this is quite possible.

what do you think?
