There are quite alot of rumours surfacing over the last couple of days mainly consortiums based in Dubai and the middle east. One rumour which seems fairly plausible is an interest from Peugeot Citroen. They have been pumping money into their Le Mans sport car program for the past 4 years and are eager to get their environmental message across. Plus they have shown that they can make a great engine of late. They are also no stranger to F1 as regard to supplying engines to the likes of Jordan and Mclaren in the early to mid nineties. But it has also been reported that they have made almost 3000 people redundant this year. It does seem a bit cheeky to lay all those people off and then make a huge investment by joining Formula one.

Another rumour for the mill.

The team won't be sold, simply, Honda don't want to sell it.

They did the same with Super Aguri. They had plenty of decent offers, yet didn't sell. They just want to get out of F1 alltogether.
Well they aren't actually selling it for any money. As I understand it the price is £1 + debt liability (although the extent of that can be negiotiated I'm sure). In effect Honda are paying to have the team taken off their hands.
