Maybe those emails contain technical info about Ferrari that the FIA can't make public without giving away Ferrari's technical knowledge to other teams? After all After all whistle blowing isn't about Jeant Todt's diet.

The description of moving bits shouldn't be of any value it being against the rules and not used by the team.

I simply don't understand how that can be so. How else is such a thing defined if not as whistle-blowing?

Just for the record, it was not just Ferrari, for the 100th time, to be fair at least to the news,who had to change the bottom or their car, but Renault and Bmw as well. And once again Ferrari, like the othe teams had past the FIA controls.
This issue has been debated 1,000,000,000,000,000 times. Whay bring it up again? And I am the paranoid.
PS Whoever is working at the McLAren PR's office for sure is doing a better job than his Ferrari conterpart.
