Default S2000 1.6 turbo engines
This is my first post on the forum, so hi all

I'm trying to prepare a list of 1.6 litre turbo engines developed for S2000, both WRC and WTCC, and came with the following. What are the other such engines currently in use?

1. BMW (as Mini in WRC)
2. Citroen
3. Ford
4. Chevrolet
5. Sunred
6. Volvo

I would guess the insurance on a car like that would be rather hefty in many countries.

#1 - for the Ford engine it might be bracked as a ( Ford/ PIPO Moteurs : Le site du motoriste officiel de grands constructeurs )

- for Chrysler ( RML Engines - RML Group - From Concept to Reality )

That could be for the US market, but who knows for sure.

What I meant are the actual competition engines build to FIA S2000 Appendix rules.

7. VW is developing 1.6t that will be used in Polo WRC. Will the same engine be used in S2000 Fabia? What about WTCC Seat (this year's engine was developed by Sunred)?

And what about Arena's WTCC Focus? Are they using WRC Fiesta's engine?
