When Webber was looking Vettel, the German suddenly slowed up, revealing issues with his motor, and dropped a couple of seconds to Webbo, who got past quickly. Nevertheless, Vettel's issue appeared to be set soon and he came ultimately back to publishing aggressive lap times. Any idea by what might have occurred? It's odd to consider that it could have been a RBR phone to let Webbo through because he was managing a different technique, because Vettel lost a couple of seconds there which he'd not have lost if he'd just let him through but, on another hand, it's hard that a motor problem could be instantly set just like that. Has RBR made any record with this? What's your view?
