She remains true to her aesthetic.

Wasn't expecting a grayscale cover. Also, the scratchy filter attacked one of her eyes.

Lyric video for the new single. It gave me chills and sold me on the song.

I don't think this is the hit she needs to launch the album, but it's a great song and I'd love to hear stuff like this on the radio.

Really cool and inspiring lyric video. The song, however, doesn't really grab me the way I feel it should. I'm so underwhelmed by this era.

This is the most stoked I've been for Nelly Furtado since her first album.

I don't care how commercially successful it is - Nelly is back!

Perhaps I should re-listen to it.

I love Big Hoops (more than the second track, by far).

I don't think the song / video will revive the album campaign, but I really like it. I'm OK with it not being a hit, and I kinda think she will be too as long as it's strong.

She's one of those pop stars with big international appeal, so I think she'll be fine regardless.

They should totally give Spirit Indestructible some airtime @ the Olympics.

Both songs are strong. The only reason they're not doing well chartwise is because they're not being played. (as usual)

I saw her on Andy Cohen's What Happens Live last night, and she was really sweet, friendly, outgoing, and fun.

AOL Sessions are up!

Here is Parking Lot - http://music.aol.com/sessions/nelly-...-lot-sessions/

I think this would have been a way more successful first single. It reminds me of Britney Spears' "Amnesia," which is a very good thing.

*edit* The rest of the performances are quite good, too! She changed up "Turn Off The Light" a lot.

Fun video! Definitely combines her older, multicultural brand of pop with the Loose era-dance.

The cover reminds me of Youth Novels.

Not sure what to make of the lead single ... it's kind of a mess, but it's also cool that she didn't go with "Promiscuous, Part II." I do think the last minute or so gets more interesting. I do like her, but I don't think this single will do well at all. She's been off-the-radar for so long, and I don't think this song will get her on the radio much.

I do like the video, though. And she looks gorgeous. I always thought she was so beautiful.
