If you could ask your Deity, Spirit, God/Goddess, All That Is or whatever you choose to call "it" Aren't the Holy Scriptures basicaly mythology? Why is questioning religious beliefs often called blasphemy? |

That is, for me, one of those questions that should not have been asked. Hehehe. ![]() Rather than dying, where can I find proof of an afterlife? I think the second will someday be answered... The third...hmm...let's see according to the Bible we are given free choice...yet it's blasphemy if we question ![]() |

If you could ask your Deity, Spirit, God/Goddess, All That Is or whatever you choose to call "it" I would ask: 1. Why is there persecution for one's religious beliefs? 2. May I be granted the gift to read and understand the original (aka Aramic) writings of the Bible? (As we all know, the Bible has been through numerous translations, losing meaning and words along the way. And, yes, even though I'm a Pagan and former Baptist, I'd read it if I could understand the language.) 3. Will peace prevail on Earth? (I know this has been asked, but I'm including it in my 3, too.) |
