I've frequently seen priests/ministers carrying a prayer book when them when traveling that usually had their traveling stole (white/purple) with it. They also would have a similar looking book when saying marriage nupuals and/or the service at the grave. I'd like to find out what book this might be so I may seek out a copy. I already have a copy of the book that Rev Amy from the Seminary produced and sold at the book store but it seems lacking...

BTW, I happened to pick up a very nice white stole with Alpha and Omega symbols on it today on ebay for $9.95 + s&h.... I think it will work very well for weddings and/or baptisms.

Have you checked the bookstore at ulc.org? I know they have books for ministers. Maybe it's one of those.

Actually, I "purchased" a copy of the book I was seeking info about today on ebay... And for those who might be curious, it is "New Marian Missal for Daily Mass" by Sylvester P. Juergens, S.M. Doctor of Sacred Theology Published by Henri Proost & Co, Turnhout, Belgium – Imprimatur C. Eykens, vic. gen. Antverpiae, 4 julii 1963

Here is a bit of what this book contains....

"There is the burial sevice which has Mass on the Day of Death or Burial, and the Absolution and Burial. It continues with others Masses for the dead eg 3rd 7 th & 13th day after burial, daily Mass for the Dead, Various prayers for the dead eg deceased Pope, Cardinal , Man woman, child and so forth. There are 11 Votive mMasses, 16 Votive Masses for Occassions ranging from of election of a Pope to For peace and Md grace of a happy death, and so forth. The Nuptial Service, The order of the Marriage, and The Mass. This Missal is really a fountain of Catholic Faith"
