In a modern day court of law, INTERNATIONAL for instance what would Jesus have been charged with? Also would he have been given the option of taking a plea bargain???? I'm interested in how today's political climate would have affected not only his trial but also his sentence All who respond should try to not let thier religious beliefs effect thier responses. He engaged in some sinful behavior and in at least two recorded criminal acts... He did nothing that could be considered a capital crime by todays standards your thoughts please

want to go much further back, Miriam of Magdala Mary Magdalene who I, believe was a real historical figure and a Priestess of the Babylonian Goddess of Love,Ishtar at Magdala whose mythos was interwoven with the stories of Yeheshua whom people in our modern times would better know as Jesus.so yes think the Jesus was a Great.Medium and Healer and there others out there like him and his followers were too he gave them gifts engery is present all around us.
Energy keeps the universe expanding,, drives stars and planets and even a fragile rose needs energy to blossom,,, ancient healers knew that the body is more than what is seen They respected the wholeness of the body emotions mind ![]() |

I don't think that Jesus would have been charged with any crime. Simply because in this day and age, very few people would have paid Him any attention. You have to remember that in His day, the mediterranian(sp?) and mid east was the entire world.
There are healers and mystics galore in this world, as well as those who claim to be saviors. Noone but the Religious Nuts(tm) listen. Most people would see him as just another loony. Unfortunately. |

I do not think that He would have been taken to an international tribunal. I do not think that He did anything really bad. There are many preachers today that claim to heal. But I think that the only thing we probably could accuse Him of is disturbing the peace when He entered the Temple and "drove out all who were buying and selling in the temple" (Matthew 21:12).
