My Ministry is all about Me. It is totally personal.

I became Ordained as a symbol of Freedom from the Catholic Church. I am my own church. I no longer am a member of / nor believe in the church of my upbringing.

My original ordination was done many years ago, under a craft name, recently I chose to become re-ordained in my legal name, to take full ownership of the Ministery.

Here in Maryland I can preform Weddings without anything more than my Credentials of Ministry. I'm trying to decide if I'm interesting in persunig that option. It would lead me towards preforming Christian Weddings, and I'm not sure how I feel about them yet. I'm leaving it to the Universal Spirit to lead me in the right direction.

Tribal became my ministry at some point. I'm usually happy with it, and I think it does help some people sometimes.
Actually, this rings true for me, as well.

faith, reason and tolerance as each individual knows it. Actually, we are working on articles of incorporation for here in NV and are forming a real, honest to good fellowship. I'm quite excited. The Divine is leading me along a very wonderful path.

My ministry is about Love and respect for all beliefs. I also council people with life problems or with problems with parenting needs.
I prefer respect to tolerance as tolerance almost implies putting up with something.
Blessed be!

One of th goals I have had is to open a church that excepts all walks of life.

That being said.

I help anyone who needs it,if I see I will do.And if I cant I will do my best to find someone who can.
The need, can be from listening to furniture to walking their dog if they cant do that either.
So, you are the type of person who will quietly help out the neighbor in need, and not go for the organized volunteering? I am like that, I'll do what I can for anyone in need, but not really volunteer in an organized way.

I am not sure if I can catagorize my ministery. I have a wedding ministry, that is easy enough. But I have taken phone calls from all over from people just looking for someone to listen to them, most times that is all they need. I have also taught Wicca to people who have approached me and asked for the lessons. I would eventually like to do something more formal, but the timing does not feel right now.

Aren't we a diverse bunch?

I am with Rake on this. Tribal was never meant to be a ministry for me, but has become one but I also include and specialize in abuse situations...mainly domestic violence.
May I say that both of you have done a wonderful work. May your ministry be blessed always!

Not to sure if I consider myself quiet I tend to enlist others depending on the help thats needed.

But I guess mostly yes, threw the years I have done blood drives, neighborhood watch programs, walk a thons.

I have a policy,if I see someone in need I help,if I cant I find someone who can.

What counts sweetie,is you have a great heart and you help (I know you have helped me,just by listening) quiet or other wise doesn't/shouldn't really matter.
And you are so right about listening, sometimes thats all one needs,Its a form of validation, which everyone needs, most time, is just to be heard.
