So what happens if someone's new moon is different to someone elses?

I go by sight .. so my new moon is the first crescent after the dark moon .. but some people say it's the last before the dark moon ..

I have been following this thread and participating for couple months.
I have noticed many small things that have happened since i began the abundance checks.
::
* We got a huge kickback from the insurance company as having overpaid. ) always a ++.

* We received a nearly new vehicle about the time my old $50 truck was nearly shot and untrustworthy.

* I have been blessed with some improved health if not some better moods ( related to my disability)

*I have noticed that one special check i did for guidance along my path was answer most recently. I was very surprised in the manner it was answered.

So I thank ___, and the members here for this addition to my ways.

I also left the tradition of doing it only during a full moon and went to sunrise prayers and blessings as well and have noticed continued benefit.

the following is a copy of the word doc i print and cut out my preformed checks that i keep a few lying around... never know when you need that little bit of extra help.

I'm sorry to be the one to have to tell you this, but the dark moon IS the new moon. It is impossible for one persons new moon to be different than anothers. The new moon is the new moon - always completely dark. There are eight phases to the moon cycle. Only one phase has no portion of the Moon's surfice lit up - the New Moon.
Phases of the Moon's cycle - 1) Waxing Cresent. 2) First Quarter. 3) Waxing Gibbons. 4) Full Moon. 5) Waning Gibbons. 6) Third Quarter. 7) Waning Cresent. 8) New Moon.

Abundance Checks - they are free and they really work

Abundance checks are a tool we can use to create more abundance in our lives. They are written within 24 hours after a New Moon. Surprisingly, you really don't even need to believe that the check will work when you write it. You will however be amazed at the results, as you will see increased abundance in your life, in some life area. It is not always financial, but certainly in an area that you need.

There is a traditional manner, which has been handed down, that must be followed. If you do not have a checking account you can draw a check on a piece of paper and fill it out the same way--the results will be the same, more abundance for you. Here's how to do them:

Within 24 hours after a New Moon, take a check from your check book. Where it says "Pay to," write your name.

In the little box on the same line where you would fill in a dollar amount write "Paid in full."

On the line underneath your name, where you would write out a dollar amount, write "Paid in full."

Sign the check : "The Law of Abundance."


Do not put a date on the check. Do not write a specific dollar amount in the check. Put it in a safe place and forget about it. The Universe will take it from there. Many people are skeptical about trying this until they do it. After the first time they realize the power of these checks and do them routinely every month! Try it yourself and see!
