Looking at the malayu syces of my trainer, they are generally a happy go lucky lot. Some of them even drink stout and often make merry with their minahs with melons. They are not very materialistic and can do with just adequate. Their outlook in life maybe sikit different from the chinese binya.

Agree. That's why they have this come what-may-attitude that other races take it for laziness. Actually that's what they are. The minahs also very easy going, even with old man like me binya, sometimes drinking heineken atau chivas right through the wee hours of the morning.

I have the babas as neighbours when i was a kid. They are very different from my other chinese neighbours. Not only they practice Malay culture, they sometimes adopted some Malay behaviour as well. The son often play the guitar along the corridor while the mother loves to cook and share her food around. They are also more friendly compared to my other chinese neighbours.
