My Korean friends have introduced some traditional Korean festivals that are experiencing a revival of sorts.

One of them is the Lantern Festival where colourful and beautiful lanterns are displayed in celebration of Buddha's birthday.

The festivals culminates in a huge procession in Seoul in the night.
