Either run road or to preserve her part of the stolen assets - like the way Thaksin's wife divorced him when he got into trouble, leaving the family wealth more intact.
I think the NKF Finance Director did he same thing when things got hot over the case.

This won't work. The amount of money is too BIG.
Any suit will be able to be recovered both from horsey faced, Con Hee or any of those fucktards involved.

The matter is, who is to pursue this or like NKF will there be a interim appointed committee to justly recover the funds or let the remaining co-conspirators, left untouched to act blur and not do anything to re-cover all these money.

All 5 will be getting custodial sentences, and based on precedents, mastermind Kong Hee will get at least 10 years behind bar.
