My young cousin who had just started working seems to be targeted by some Christians in her office.
She is in her early 20s and recently she told my aunt that she wants to covert to Christianity. She said that it is her calling and does not want to listen to anyone in her family. I found out that the person trying to convert her is her female superior. Is it acceptable? Like this can complain or not? Is this a form of abuse of power as the superior is in a position to influence and there is an indirect pressure to comply. What would you do in such cases har? |

Of course the superior will not say it blatantly but no promise that she will make things difficult for my cousin subsequently.
first of all, as an adult, she should know how to say no...unless her superior is threatening no promotions / bias treatment unless she converts- then she has case to bring up to her superior's superior. |

christians now generally behave like pesky salesmen. they are persistent and cannot take NO for an answer. they think they are doing some great deed for their god for converting as many as possible. but it already create unhappiness and a terrible disservice to their faith.
the worst can be witnessed in hospital especially their pestering to a terminally ill and dying patient. where's the simple love they were supposed to have been taught? |

And no its not acceptable, but its happening not just in the private sector. Look at the Air Force. Birds of a feather flock together..... |

My young cousin who had just started working seems to be targeted by some Christians in her office. Put yourself in her shoe. Imagine her having to face peer and superior pressure in the office; and family pressures at home. This type of thing cannot fight one! |

It is her religious journey in life and I believe they should let her discover her true faith. |
