Hey guys,

Its time for another State of the Conspiracy update.

Everything is proceeding according to the plan. Objective B on my to-do list is to acquire some sort of secret compound to serve as the conspiracy HQ. Unfortunately I don’t have the funding of some of the larger conspiracies so a hollowed out volcano or a secret moon base are pretty much beyond my means. But, there is no reason why I can’t use public facilities for this purpose; I am a taxpayer and all.

Many conspiracies like to harness the power of ancient ruins and arcane knowledge to advance their evil agendas. Well I looked around and I just couldn’t find any good ancient and mystical sites that were not already claimed by some other conspiracy. But, I did find a modern day replica of one right here in the Imperial Capital of Midland/Odessa. And, it is publicly owned so I think that we are good to go.

Therefore, I am proud to present our brand spanking new state-of-the-art ancient ruin of arcane and forbidden knowledge, the Templum Lucidia.

The temple is conveniently located in North-East Odessa and boast easy access to restaurants, retail shopping, recreational facilities, and Highway 191 for access from Midland. The temple is constructed of high quality West Texas limestone and could be located directly over some sort of inter-dimensional portal or something.

I have exciting news for the conspiracy! I have located the HQ of a rival conspiracy and took appropriate action! :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

Unfortunately most of the rival conspirators were able to escape my wrath in the time it took me to get the permits, fence off the location, and get the equipment in place. I tell you, with all the government redtape it is almost impossible to run an evil conspiracy.

All in all however, I am happy with the results and I do believe that an evil laugh is in order.

Yes, Doctors Srivastava, Kodi, Medi, Ramos, and the VA were formidable enemies, but many of them have relocated to the top secret lair of the Wheatley Stewart Pavillion, along with others including Doctors Deaver and Martinez, and have formed an even bigger conspiracy. These doctors do not have to pay property tax on their PRIVATE offices they lease from the hospital, although this is clearly against the law. This is an effort to harm commercial real estate agents and property owners. I also think the janitorial and linen services provided to these physicians for their PRIVATE practice are payed for by the general hospital budget, and therefore by the taxpayers.

Whoa! Somebody notify the Eurasian! I knew they had to be an evil conspiracy with so many guys calling themselves DOCTOR SO-AND-SO!
